SIAD organises business luncheons, seminars, gala balls and other networking events with high-level guest speakers on subjects of interest to the business community, promotes and fosters opportunities for contact.
Breakfast meetings are held each Tuesday with excellent guest speakers.

Information activities and services
SIAD through its extensive databases, appropriate sources of information and high-level organisational skills is able to provide services and assistance in the following areas: company trade lists, market studies, statistical information, organisation of business-related seminars and conferences, company reliability and financial reports, customs information and other commercial information. Members can access research documents once they login to our system.
Promotion and partner search activities and services
SIAD is in a position to organise and promote trade missions, trade show delegations, business meetings, events and special projects and to search for companies or partners interested in establishing business relations or implementing joint ventures. SIAD can offer legal and consulting assistance in the following areas: alternative dispute resolution, debts recovery, business set-up, immigration etc.
Publications, sponsorship and advertisement
SIAD publishes a quarterly publication as well as a newsletter which contains up-to-date information and business opportunities related to several activity sectors.
Sponsorship and advertisement opportunities are available to target the Turkish/Australian business community.
Your business lobby to governments
SIAD is the voice of business in the local community and an important source of business information about the NSW.
Regular meetings are held between the SIAD and Local and State Government politicians to ensure the voice of SIAD members are heard where it has the greatest effect.
- Annual overseas trade tours and meetings with local authorities, politicians are organized by SIAD.
- The SIAD is represented on a number of local and government committees and has input to the broader community via TUSKON, PASIAD and Sydney Chamber of Commerce affiliation.
- The SIAD acts on behalf of its membership on issues of general and specific interest to the business community.
- The SIAD Board is available at anytime to hear concerns of its membership.
