SIAD harnesses constructive energies of both the Australian and international business community to accomplish together what can not be accomplished individually. To unleash the true business potential and to stimulate the progression of our members and their counterparts, SIAD carries out the following activities:
- Business Events: SIAD organises meetings, seminars, panels, conferences and similar activities to connect its members with commercial, economic, technological and legal developments around the world. SIAD further acts as the foremost organisation that brings together Turkey based professionals and companies with Australian interests through business events.
- Trade Missions: SIAD organises trade missions and expositions that are held in Australia, the Asia Pacific region and Turkey. SIAD also participates in activities organised by other parties including courses, seminars, symposiums, conferences, exhibitions and expositions.
- Networking: SIAD works closely with both Turkish and Australian government officials and has links to numerous Turkey-based trade organisations, chambers, suppliers and traders in order to establish a channel of communication to unite its members with policy makers.
- Logistic Support: SIAD assists corporate delegates with their accommodation, traveling requirements and tour packages across Australia during their trade missions and conferences.
- Operation of Media Tools: SIAD currently operates a web site to promote its activities and share its commercial experience with members and the public.
- Research: SIAD carries out domestic and international research activities on business, technological, economical and social issues to share our findings with our members and the public. SIAD further supports research activities conducted by other parties on business, technological, economical and social issues where required.
